Our Process

Visit the office

You'll be given information about available projects. We'll answer any questions you might have and set up an appointment for you to visit one of our sales executives and the accounts executives to discuss questions regarding financing, if necessary. A date is then fixed for when you can visit the site and view the property.

Visit and book the site

Visit the site with the agent and book the plot of your choice by paying a token advance.

Take ownership of the property

We sign an agreement of sale to confirm your transaction and a timeline will be set for registering the site in your name. After the registration process is complete, the possession of the property is handed over to you.

Apply for transfer of the Khata

Contact the local administrative body to apply for transferring the Khata. You'll also be responsible for paying the maintenance fee towards the annual maintenance for your property with the concerned welfare association.
