In the year 1979 Mr. CP Selvaraj, an Army Veteran founded Esther Enterprises to help his colleagues identify and purchase plots for their dream home in the city of Bangalore. Many communities were developed and in the year 2000, Mr. Francis Selvaraj took over the reins of the company as CEO and expanded to over 50+ Communities for customers from all walks of life.
At Esther Enterprises we strive to meet the needs of our clients by providing genuine and affordable properties with high quality customer service. We “deliver value for money” by providing residential plots in the best of locations, having a high potential for appreciation.
Over the last 4 decades of existence, Esther Enterprises is known for it’s Transparency, Reliability, Trustworthiness and gained huge Credibility in the market.
We’ve found that transparency is a great way to built trust in a team and with out customers. In truth, we don’t have a reason for our transparency; it’s one of our strong policies. The bottom line is that by maintaining open books, we create more open and lasting relationships with employees, investors, partners, customers, and clients.

Based on personal experience, Mr. CP Selvaraj (an army veteran) identified the need for a company that would help individuals find and invest in small plots of land in and around Bangalore. He initially started the company to help other Army personnel. Over time, the client base has grown to include individuals and institutions.
Chief Executive Officer
The Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Francis S Selvaraj, focuses on directing the company into new and greater acquisitions, and arranging, procuring, and developing land for residential, industrial, and educational purposes. Under his able management, Esther Enterprises has reached higher sales since the mid-90s. One of his most important attributes is the clarity with which he works with customers and his passion for leading the business to excellence. His first priority is always customer well-being.

Director Operations of Esther Groups, Mr. Paul F Mechery, a Retd. Indian Air Force Kargil Veteran, dual specialization in MBA comes with rich experience in Creating, Analyzing, Streamlining and Managing all functions of an organization Nationally. With best industry practices, analytical and innovative approach takes the organization to the next level. A dependable Leader, Hard negotiator, great Team player and his Positive approach has always been a successful factor for every organization he worked with. Lead the team from the front has been his strength
Senior Manager - Sales & Accounts
who joined Esther Enterprises in 2008 as an accounts assistant, has steadily developed his skills and knowledge over the years. With dedication and expertise, he now serves as the Head of Finance and Sales, playing a crucial role in driving the company's financial strategy and sales as Manager of Finance and Sales.
Manager Legal and Compliance
started his career at Esther Enterprises in February 2024 as Manager of Legal and Compliance, leveraging his law degree to oversee all legal documentation.
Assistant Manager Legal and Documentation
joined Esther Enterprises in 2015 as an office coordinator and has advanced to specialize in legal documentation for real estate transactions. His expertise in governmental procedures and dedication to learning have significantly streamlined processes within the company.
Manager of Communications
joined Esther Enterprises in 2023 as Manager of Communications, bringing over 20 years of corporate experience, primarily in administration and human resources departments. Her expertise has streamlined many processes, significantly improving efficiency and effectiveness.
Chauffeur
recently joined Esther Enterprises as a chauffeur and also supports the Sales and Marketing departments in a dual role.

Executive- Marketing, Sales and Development
joined Esther Enterprises in 2019 as a Development Supervisor, overseeing the progress of various projects. With growing experience, he now manages the upkeep of nearly 20 completed layouts as the Development Manager.
